Absolute joke of a place to deal with anyone.
Was told that I didn't qualify for SNAP, because my boss filled out a peice of paper saying that I was working 36 hours a week, I showed them paystubs with 30 hours. Was able to qualify for medical coverage, 3 hours to spare.
Other than that, the County employees are very professional, and courtesy.
