Trailer park located near town of Norwalk
My family and I were working with Catholic charities to get a trailer there. Catholic charities was going to pay the deposit and the first two months rent so that we could get in there and park management wouldn't work with them after saying they would. I wasted a month trying to get everything thing done to move in to end up with nothing. I would recommend going elsewhere. They want you to more into trailers that are not really ready to move into and use your money to fix them up in exchange for no deposit.
