I've only needed to bring my Jeep in twice for services but each time I was greeted like a long time customer, they diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me a good time estimate for the repair. Obviously dealership pricing is higher than some others but they saved me a lot of time, even gave me a loaner car for the day, and I haven't had a problem with the same issue twice. I'd recommend the Bauman service group. I have no experience with the Bauman sales group.
Service department was very polite and comfortable atmosphere. Looked at a vehicle also and was offered many different ways to finance. Enjoyed my time there.
