I purchased my vehicle on my own almost a year ago, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous about going by myself, being a single mother of 2 I was afraid of being taken advantage of. Little did I know that was the exact opposite with the Smiley crew. I met Chas Smiley when I walked in and he personally walked me around the lot and explained the ups and downs of each vehicle I was interested in. After we talked he recommended a vehicle different than the one I thought I would like, but he was right I love this car. He took the time to talk to me like a person and got to know how I would use the car, evidently he was paying attention because I couldn't be happier. I go back every time I need my car serviced and the wash and sweep it every time. I love Smiley, I would send anyone there, thank you again :).
